The Iowa Legislature yesterday afternoon approved significant education liberty items when the Iowa House voted 91-0 and the Iowa Senate 40-10 to pass the conference committee report released by the joint House-Senate education reform conference committee. Packed House at 2013 Iowa Republican Legislators’ Breakfast
We had 140 people attend our annual Iowa Republican Legislators’ Breakfast this morning at the Embassy Suites. It was a great time meeting our new legislators, hearing from our leadership, and we also introduced a new 2013 package plan, “The Patriot Club.”
