GOP Response To VoteVets
Good afternoon folks –
With Politico’s Morning Score reporting that the liberal group VoteVets.org is out with an attack against Lt. Colonel Joni Ernst, wanted to make sure you knew that since the primary Braley’s liberal allies have outspent Republicans by a 2-1 margin. Additionally, wanted to point out that this organization is only supporting far-left Democrats that are running for either the U.S. House or U.S. Senate.
If you’re reporting on this news below is a statement and research from the Republican Party of Iowa:
“With Washington liberal Bruce Braley unable to run on his own record, Democrats have assembled this shell organization aimed at tearing down Iowa’s Lt. Colonel Joni Ernst. If VoteVets.org really cared about veterans, they’d remind Iowans that as the VA was failing to provide care for our veterans, Bruce Braley routinely skipped his Veterans’ Affairs committee hearings for something he clearly thought was more important.” Jahan Wilcox, Republican Party of Iowa Spokesman
