Bruce Braley Blasted The Chamber Of Commerce Over Tort Reform

DES MOINES – In an effort to help trial lawyers, Bruce Braley proudly penned an op-ed in the San Jose Mercury News, where he ruthlessly attacked the U.S. Chamber of Commerce over tort reform.  Braley claimed that tort reform was an all-out attack on trial lawyers.  

“The Chamber of Commerce helps small businesses across our state, yet Bruce Braley views them as the enemy because they want to limit frivolous lawsuits,” said Iowa Republican Party Chairman Jeff Kaufmann.  “Braley’s decision to fight for frivolous lawsuits tells you everything about his priorities.”
