Republican Party of Iowa Chairman Jeff Kaufmann released the following statement in response to President Biden's Address to Congress: 

"Tonight Joe Biden laid out the Democrat Party's agenda: transform American society, destroy our independent spirit, and make Americans reliant on government bureaucrats. The trillions of dollars in spending and job-killing tax hikes will eliminate American jobs at a time when we are fighting our way back to a brighter future.

"Within his first 100 days, Biden has managed to turn our country from America First to America Last. With a record number of executive orders, a crisis on our Southern border, a plan to kill thousands of jobs, Biden has proven to be the nightmare Republicans warned he would be."
