If there is one thing we have learned from the Democrat Senate primary, it's that Iowa Democrats are tying their fate to failing Joe Biden.

While nearly 60 percent of Iowans disapprove of Biden's job as president, Senate Democrat candidates Abby Finkenauer, Mike Franken, and Glenn Hurst all gave the Biden Administration a "B" grade during a recent debate.

Iowans want a Senator who will stop the madness the Biden Administration and Democrats have created - out of control inflation, record-high gas prices, a crisis at our Southern border, failed exit Afghanistan, and much more.

Abby Finkenauer jumped in the primary as the favorite, but after her campaign ended up in court, things quickly changed. After Finkenauer attacked a judge, a move that was widely criticized by Iowa Democrats, and refused to take responsibility for the lack of signatures, voters changed their minds.

If Finkenauer pulls it out, she will be an incredibly damaged nominee. That's even before voters find out her extreme stance on abortion: on-demand and up until birth.

Mike Franken, Finkenauer's challenger, is still unknown to many Iowans.

The first thing to know, Franken has a personality problem. The wife of a former staffer tweeted: "[Franken is] an overly sensitive narcissist who hasn't lived in the real world for over 40 years and as such, has no idea how to interact with normal people, nor does he care to..." Franken also poses a threat to Iowans' gun rights and continually touts that he left the military once Trump was elected.

"Every candidate in this primary backs the Biden Administration's catastrophic failures," said Republican Party of Iowa Communications Director Kollin Crompton. "Iowans know none of these candidates will stand up to Joe Biden. That's why, no matter who wins the primary, Iowans will reject the Iowa Democrat nominee."
