On Iowa Press over the weekend, House Minority Leader Jennifer Konfrst was asked about which childcare proposal would make the most impact. Her answer... was passed by the GOP legislature and signed into law by the governor last legislative session.  

"Iowa Democrats have no new ideas and no solutions for the problems facing Iowans. Instead they rely on campaign talking points" said Republican Party of Iowa Communications Director Kollin Crompton. "Iowa Democrats are showing just how incapable they are of governing and why Iowans will put them in an even smaller minority in November."
