This morning, the NRCC released a polling memo showing that Pelosi is becoming extremely unpopular. 

This spells bad news for vulnerable House Democrat Cindy Axne. No matter what she decides to run for next, Cindy Axne has tied herself at the hip of Pelosi. 

Here are the highlights: 

• In February, Pelosi had a 41% favorable – 52% unfavorable rating. Since then, Pelosi’s image has dropped a net seven points to 38% favorable – 56% unfavorable.
• Seventy five percent (75%) of voters see the border situation as a crisis or a major problem.
• 72% of Independents are less likely to vote for “a Democrat who supports two trillion dollars in wasteful spending that funds Democrat pet projects without any accountability or transparency for how the money is spent.”

Axne votes with Pelosi 100 percent of the time. 

It gets worse. While she voted in lock step with Pelosi, she was also silent on Pelosi's attempt to overturn a state-certified election, supports Pelosi's stance on packing the Supreme Court, and hasn't said a word about the Green New Deal. Axne isn't even willing to tell Pelosi no even if it means destroying Iowa's biofuels industry with their new 'infrastructure' plan.

"The Pelosi agenda is the Axne agenda. No matter how much Axne wants to ignore her voting record, Iowans deserve to know just how liberal and radical Axne really is," said Republican Party of Iowa Communications Director Kollin Crompton. "Standing up for Iowa is supposed to be Axne's job, but she's failing every time."
