DES MOINES, Iowa -- After a blockbuster week for Iowa corn growers and ethanol producers, Sen. Joni Ernst has received yet another endorsement from a major agriculture group in the state -- this time from the Iowa Corn Growers Association.

WATCH: Joni accepts endorsement from Iowa Corn Growers Association

This is the second critical ag endorsement that Ernst has received over her libreal opponent Theresa Greenfield. Just last week, Ernst worked with President Trump to allow 10 percent pumps to utilize E15 and convinced the EPA to reject “gap year” waivers -- both effectively increasing the demand for ethanol.

On the other hand, Greenfield has refused to oppose the Obama-Biden Administration’s harmful Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rule, which would’ve regulated 97 percent of the land in Iowa. Additionally, she is supported by far-left environmental extremists who want to implement a Green New Deal -- a proposal that would cost trillions, raise taxes on the middle class, and decimate Iowa’s agriculture industry.

Bottom Line: Iowa farmers know Joni Ernst will always have their backs in the U.S. Senate. The same can’t be said for Theresa Greenfield, who has proven time and again that she can’t be trusted.
