Republican Party of Iowa Chairman Jeff Kaufmann released the following statement in response to Governor Kim Reynolds signing historic tax relief into law: 

"By lowering income taxes to 3.9 percent, eliminating taxation on retirement income, and creating a competitive corporate tax rate, Gov. Reynolds and legislative Republicans have delivered real relief for Iowans. While inflation is skyrocketing, grocery store shelves are empty, and Democrats in Washington want to take more than ever, Iowa Republicans are putting more money in Iowans' pockets and providing them with economic security and prosperity."
