DES MOINES — In a continued effort to make this year’s Iowa Caucuses accessible, the Republican Party of Iowa is excited to announce a partnership that will allow caucusgoers in central Iowa access to transportation on February 3, 2020. Starting at 4pm CST on caucus night, DART will be providing free rides on all Local, Express, and On Call services. Free rides will be provided until the end of DART service that day.  

"We are pleased to be partnering with the Iowa Democratic Party and DART to make this accommodation available to Iowans," said Jeff Kaufmann, Chair of the Republican Party of Iowa. "This will make it easier for folks in the Des Moines area to make it to their precinct location and participate in Iowa's cherished first-in-the-nation caucus."
