Last night, Joe Biden hosted a virtual political reception with Cindy Axne where Axne praised Biden as, "the most impactful president we've seen in this country's history." It's no surprise Axne continues to praise Biden, according to FiveThirtyEight, Axne has a 100 percent voting record with Biden.

This event was only open to the White House Press, leaving Iowa news outlets on the sidelines. Since Biden's disapproval rating sits at 61 percent amongst Iowans, it's clear Axne didn't want Iowa reporters to participate in her event with a sitting president.  

"Cindy Axne is vastly out of touch with Iowans with her views that Joe Biden is one of the best presidents in our country's history," said Republican Party of Iowa Chairman Jeff Kaufmann. "Having destroyed our economy, our energy independence, and our Southern Border, Joe Biden has been one of the most destructive presidents in our country's history. It's sad to see Axne continue to stand by Joe Biden after the destruction he has caused."
