Iowa Gas Prices Hit Record High
Before Biden's gas hike, the highest recorded gas price in Iowa history was $4.026 a gallon recorded in July 2008. Today, AAA shows the average gas price in Iowa at $4.083 a gallon, with prices reaching as high as $4.202 in Winneshiek County.
Iowans know there is one person to blame: Joe Biden.
"Biden's Gas Hike, coupled with soaring inflation caused by his wreckless policies, are forcing Iowans to make tough decisions between filling up their gas tanks or buying necessities," said Republican Party of Iowa Chairman Jeff Kaufmann. "Iowans are feeling the failure of Joe Biden's policies, each and every day. It's time to bring back American energy independence because without it, things are going to get a lot worse."
