DES MOINES – The Kim Reynolds for Iowa Committee announced yesterday that it had raised $1,386,505 in 2023, starting 2024 with $1,674,316 cash on hand.

"In 2023, we kicked off a national School Choice revolution, cut the size of government, and delivered historic property tax reform. 2024 will be no different - defending the sovereignty of our country, cutting taxes, putting Iowans above government bureaucracy, and ensuring every student has a premier education," Gov. Kim Reynolds said in a statement. "Iowa has cemented itself as a national leader and we are just getting started."

The Kim Reynolds for Iowa Committee received contributions from individuals from all 99 Iowa counties. Gov. Reynolds' cash-on-hand total at the start of 2024, moreover, is nearly double her $871,083 cash-on-hand total at this time during her first term in office.

In response to this development, Republican Party of Iowa Chairman released the following statement:

"Gov. Kim Reynolds' fundraising haul from all 99 Iowa counties is indicative of the immense support behind Republican governance and conservative values. Our Republican-led legislature and governor are taking Iowa to new highs."
