DES MOINES -- Republican Party of Iowa Chairman Jeff Kaufmann released the following statement on the Iowa Senate Democratic forum hosted by State Sen. Rob Hogg:
 
“Today was another forum where Democrats’ talking points went widely unchecked. Despite Theresa Greenfield’s false and hypocritical rhetoric, the reality is she evicted Iowa small businesses to make way for an international corporation, she takes money from corporate-funded leadership PACs and bankrolls her campaign with a half-million dollars from corporate CEOs, executives and lobbyists. Greenfield can only spew lies and dodge tough questions for so long; Iowans expect answers.”
 
Greenfield’s Democratic opponents, including Michael Franken, Kimberly Graham and Eddie Mauro, have taken note of Greenfield’s blatant hypocrisy are calling her out.
